Two little Minis

Hello all!! Time for another fun-filled Paw-printerview! Today, we will be talking to two pups named Rocky and Millie. Rocky is a 4 year old Chihuahua, and Millie is a 3 year old Poodle...who is ALMOST as gorgeously fluffy as I am. They were both very excited to get to be interviewed today. The first subject of conversation was the mysterious disappearance of the fluffy white stuff of doom, which I later found out that you humans called "snow". It went away as quickly as it came! Now it's sunny and warm, which is just the way Millie, Rocky, and I like it!!  When asked how they felt about the sudden change Millie replied "It's pawsome!! I'm happy to finally be able to lay outside. The sun is good for my naturally curly hair." She's totally right.. its amazing. Rocky simply smiled and shook... he gets a little nervous. I asked Millie "How do you like coming to Wagging Tails?" She said "It's my favorite thing in the history of favorite things! I get so excited when the humans tell Rocky and I that we are coming!! We get to lay in the sun, play with new toys, and be with all of our furry friends!! Isn't that right Rocky?" Rocky just smiled and shook...still nervous. Rocky doesn't say much, but he doesn't have to. We can tell he loves Wagging Tails just as much as his sister by the way he runs and plays all day long. Besides, how could he not love it here? Well, it's time to go now.. a table just fell and it made such a loud noise that I think Rocky passed out from fear...yea, still nervous...

Ba Ba Ba Betty in the Barracks!!

Hello all!!
So, I missed a couple of days of my writing because I have been spending most of my time out in the white fluff of doom that you humans call snow!! That stuff is terrible. It sticks to my fur, makes me shiver, and goes above my head in most places... and it is not warm!! And you humans go out and play in it!! Ugh, anyway... today's Paw-Printerview is with a dog that lives here at Wagging Tails (lucky pup). Her name is Betty, and she is pretty much the eyes, ears, and snout of the barracks. Betty is an 11 year old black dog (yea, no one really knows what breed she is). I personally think she has some wolf in her because she was born to be a leader! She is the head of the pack here and everyone knows it. So when I asked her how she felt about being in charge she said, "It's great because I get along with most everyone that comes. I love meeting all the new pups that come to enjoy my home." Betty is also what the humans call the "tester dog". So when a new dog comes to visit they play with Betty first to see if they are going to be good. "I have to make sure no one is going to hurt any of my friends. I have to protect everyone here" Betty says, " I don't care to let them know that I am in charge." Betty is for sure the best protector that we have here! Although Betty is tough, don't let that fool you. Her bark is worse than her bite. "When I'm not patrolling the new pups you can usually find me in my room eating, chewing on a blanket, or out playing with my best friend Loki." Betty stated. Finally, I asked how she was enjoying the new white blanket of coldness outside and she said, with a huge grin," I LOVE IT!! That ice is delicious. I wish it was here all the time!!" Wow... she is just as crazy as the humans.... but don't tell her I said that.. Until next time...

Captain Kacie

Hello again all!!
I hope everyone is ready for my first ever official Paw-Printerview!! Today I got to interview someone very special to the Wagging Tails family, Mr. Kacie! Kacie is a 14 year old Yorkie who has been coming to Wagging Tails for most of his life. He knows all and sees all (figuratively speaking, because he is blind) here at Wagging Tails. When asking Kacie what he liked most about being here, his reply was simple... "I love my Tugboat!" Now, for some of you humans who do not know, the tugboat is the nicest, warmest, biggest bed in the whole place. Perfectly placed in the sunlight for doggy bliss. Kacie is the captain of the tugboat, and only the worthiest of pups get to lay by his side as first mate. Kacie Marlow is also the fashionista of the group. His Superman, Captain America, and Bugs Bunny tees are all the rage in Fabulous Fur Magazine! "Mother is always sure to put me in my finest outfits and pack my lunchbox before we head out the door," says Kacie, "I am always eager to come to my home away from home." Before ending our sweet, but short (Captain Kacie had to get back for his nap) interview, I asked Kacie if there was anything he did not like about Wagging Tails. All he had to say was "Those humans that feed me moved my tugboat today. All the way to the other side of the wall.... literally, a whole 2 paws length! Why would someone do such a thing?" To which I replied, "I don't know Kacie...I just don't know.." More to come about the mysterious moving of Kacie's tugboat. However, that is all for now. I hope you humans enjoyed this Tuesday's Paw-Printerview with Kacie!

Pawsitively Payton

Hello all! My name is Payton. I am a 5 year old Toy Poodle. I live a great life with my wonderful human whom I love very much. On the outside I am just your average, fabulously curly haired Poodle who loves to play, wag my tail, and get a spa treatment(because who doesn't love to get their hair done?). However, on the inside, I am a true journalist! I am secretly a blogger for the Fabulous Fur Magazine... but do not tell my human, for some reason she does not think that I can talk and type: actually, I don't think any of you humans think any of us dogs do... Anyway, let me tell you a little bit about how my days go. Every day I go to this awesome place for dogs. It's called Wagging Tails Pet Resort and it is so much fun! All of my best friends are there and they are all so wonderful. There's Pogo, Cesar, Kacie, Snuggles, and all of my other four legged friends who I absolutely can not wait to tell you about! Which brings me to why I am here. I will be giving you humans the inside scoop for Wagging Tails. Your seemingly odd human lives will be filled with the wonderful world of a day in the life of the dogs here at Wagging Tails. I will be bringing you never before seen, one on one "paw-printerviews" from all of the unique characters that you humans call "pets"...whatever that means. We will tell you all about our days of running, playing, eating, and of course, all of the latest gossip in the barracks. The blog will be called "Every Dog has it's Day" and will feature a new four legged "pet"(seriously, what does that even mean?) every week. The blog will be fresh off the press every Tuesday and Saturday. So humans, stay tuned in and come visit here at Wagging Tails and you might just find your own "pet" here on Every Dog has it's Day!
